Damaged Item Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and products can be damaged during shipping. If this happens:

  • Let Us Know Quickly: Please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your product.

  • Snap a Picture: Take a clear photo of the damage and send it to Support@DermaLuxia.com. This helps us assess the issue quickly and find the best way to help you.

  • We’ll Make It Right: We insure our packages with our carriers to ensure that any shipping issues can be resolved promptly. We’ll be in touch promptly to sort out the issue, whether that’s replacing the item or arranging a refund.

Returns Policy

Your happiness is our top priority! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how you can send it back:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. We’d love to help you with a hassle-free return.

  • Condition for Returns: Products should be in very lightly used condition. This means you can try them out but they should remain in a near-new state.
